Digitization of state institutions – what it means and what are the advantages

The rhythm with which things happen around us and in our private and professional life are part of the digitization process. A mass of technological tools that open our opportunities, information resources that optimize our life and working times and digital paths through which we can approach our loved ones.

We are already integrated and accustomed to this process of digitization at least in private life and professional environment. It is truly a social branch that hardly keeps step away, for various reasons, that is to say state institutions. But movements are made in this regard (an example would be the institution of ADR: the authorization authority of Romania), but we will continue to discuss the attention that has been paid for some time to the process of digitizing state institutions and the benefits it offers.

The digitization of state institutions is a natural step for the technological level acquired by each of us, also by the children of the primary/ general classes, as well as by the third person. The digitization of state institutions represents access to public information in the online environment, the possibility of sending different documents (modules, requests, declarations, attachments), the possibility of making online payments (taxes and taxes, various taxes and stamps, etc.) and the guarantee of confidentiality and the achievement of things in a standardized and automatic way.

Some actions among those listed above are already implemented, but often without success recorded in their own system. And here we have various examples such as payments for fines that do not appear in the system, fines for taxes on bridges paid online and not recorded in the system, etc. These are just some of the negative experiences of citizens with a first level of digitization of the services of state institutions.

The discrepancy between this incipient level of state institutions and the relatively advanced institutions of our private life makes our duty even more difficult by citizens. The banks have developed various financial functions to easily work with our remote money: ATM withdrawals, questions that allow instant transfers, telephone payments, exchanges of online currency, etc.

In addition to the creation of Ada, the authorization authorization authorization, access to various European funds has brought small actions in the digitization of state institutions. Participation in online training courses imposed by the project, presenting/ by sending online projects and access applications, collaboration with other (banking) institutions, all these phases have brought digitization to state institutions. The more the state offers more support and structure for the corporate environment, but also for citizens, the greater the benefits. A community developed with access to updated resources represents a community that produces and offers economic, financial and moral results. And the benefits are warned in all 3 main directions of interest.

• financial education of entrepreneurs for a white practice (not in black);
• An easy and transparent communication between locality/ city/ counties;
• investment opportunities from external partners;
• A national image that puts Romania on the development map.

And the list can continue with many advantages and advantages for everyone. From each situation we must retain a conclusion, a consequence, for which we can make an avoidance plan in the future. And Pandemia Covid-19 has already generated possible trends with the results and after leaving this context. Any crisis brings with it and opportunities or accelerating proposed or just planned actions. So we can consider a very good moment for the digitization of state institutions in Romania.
